It’s been a long time wanting to share this Yoga for Bellydancers Lesson with you. Actually, if you check it out, it’s been uploaded it to my youtube channel in Feb 2019. Over a year!
There is a guest at DancePandemic.com today!
Now it’s the best moment to start sharing new videos, because past and future don’t exist. So here you have the Yoga For Bellydancers class by my friend Verónica Bernal. Today’s video is not mine, but it doesn’t matter, it’s a really good start.
By the way, I’m recording new videos for dancepandemic, if you have a petition, just fill up this form.
Hatha yoga for bellydancers
Verónica Bernal, from enyogate.com is an amazing Hatha Yoga teacher and practitioner. She’s been teaching yoga since 2005, and she managed her own yoga studio for 6 years in the south of my beautiful Spain. Seasoned one this Verónica!
I am The Walking Anxiety, and what I love from Verónica is that calm she brings where ever she is. I know that there is way more people like me out there, like me, who will benefit from a yoga lesson specific for bellydancers.
The class is in Spanish, but it’s really easy to follow, and you’ll get to practise that Spanish for you next holidays in Spain, whenever that happens.
And let me clarify, I’m pretty aware of the current situation, not that I’m not sensitive to it. I can’t help but to appeal to the power of your imagination in my attempt to raise the mood around me. So holidays in Spain it is.
By the way, if you already know some Spanish, in her website, enyogate.com there are some free resources –meditations and yoga courses- that you can download.
Note: These proposed exercises are usually safe for most people. You should consult with a doctor before you start any exercise program if you have any injury or health problem, though. Make sure you listen to your body and be gentle with it. If you feel pain or uncomfortable, stop exercising and rest.
I hope you do this class, enjoy it and leave us a comment below. We both, Verónica and me would love to read you on the comments section.
See you soon again here, some day next week.
With dance and love,
