How to relieve shoulder tension and pain

One of the most common causes of shoulder and neck pain is a lack of body awareness. Which is cool, because this particular reason has got one of the easiest solutions.

I mean, your unsconcious movement habits are the source of your discomfort.

In this article I won’t speak about specific injuries, which might need attention from a specialist.

But if your things is stress or bad postures, you are on the right place. Just keep on reading.

WHY MY SHOULDER HURTS?

When you are tired, stressed or feeling cold, your body automaticly reacts, ant it usually over shrugs yout shoulders.

The truth is that using your shoulders as a earring won’t help you to feel warmer, neither more relaxed or rested. Why not try to change that then?

With today’s video I’d like to help you getting rid of those tensed shoulders. But not teaching you juts 3 stretching exercises. I’d like you to understand what’s the cause of that pain.

It’s crucial that you do’t just watch the video but also take action.
