How to improve your coordination while waiting at the traffic line.
Do you pick your nose while waiting for the green light? Ok, ok, you don’t need to confess here and now, but I’d bet most of the drivers do so.
I’m not going to ask you to stop picking your nose if that’s what you enjoy, but I’m giving you a more elegant alternative so you can also improve your skills.
How do you improve coordination in dance?
As a belly dance teacher, I find on every class someone struggling with coordination. It’s the same in my Body Awareness & pilates classes, but it is usually less painful on this context.
Dance students usually request exercises to improve their coordination. My answer is always the same: keep on practising!
Can you train your coordination skills?
Absolutely, and in the following video there are 3 exercises to do so. Two of them can be perfectly done sat down on a chair.
The third one it’s a bit more elaborated and will take you a bit longer to practise. But life it’s all about challenges, isn’t it?
If you have a few minutes, play the video now. And if you have not those minutes right now, save this webpage!
