My name is Zahida, I was born in Spain and more than 15 years ago I started my dance career. I'm currently living in London and I'm determined to improve Londoners body health habits.

I've been teaching dance since 2001. Over the years I've worked successfully for dance studios, community centres, councils, gyms, universities, and elderly day centres. All of them called me again and again to ask me to come back and work with them.

I've already taught over 200 people how to improve their posture.

The Body Awareness, Posture & Pilates Method is a body discipline which will train your inner muscles through precise exercises, in coordination with your breathing, relax and concentration. It helps to improve your posture, movement efficiency and amplitude.

The main goal Zahida has in her classes is to correct your posture, increase your body awareness,  and stop andchange your postural bad habits.
