Chat with Mai (@entretallas)

Note: this chat was done in Spanish, but YouTube subtitles are there for English speakers to catch up! I promise to bring more interviews in English in the future.

From binge eating to healthy habits

In mi opinion, Mai is the self love rock star. She suffers an Eating Disorder -binge eating in her case-, and with a river of motivation she managed to loose 51 Kg and regulate her eating habits. But she’s much more than that eating disorder, she’s much more than a before/after picture.

For me she’s pure inspiration, and that’s why I wanted to bring her to the blog, because good things are there to be shared.

In this chat, amongst many other things, she shares how a dance teacher didn’t let her perform because she was fat, and how that change her relationship with dance forever… (I have a similar story that I shared in this post: How to be a good dancer even when you don’t look like one)

And after listening to her story, let us know in the blog comments, which has been your revelation?

Mai wrote a book (in Spanish) about her experience that you might be interested in: 51 Kilos Menos.
