Thank you for your interest in my free class Belly Dance: your first steps.
Before you play it and start dancing like a crazy happy dancer, I’d like to clarify a couple of things:
There are many reasons to dance. Some of them are getting rid of the stress or loosing weight. But overall, my intention and my mission is that everyone get the chance to enjoy and freely express themselves trough dance.
If you feel pain -physical or emotional- at any moment while you dance, you don’t have to carry on.
You can take these sentence as a super serious health warning – and they partially are, but I would love you to take this as an invitation to respect and love yourself.
